We decided we wanted to
buy a house. About a month and a half later, I was
mowing the lawn at our new home. The reason is Jan
Parsons. My wife looked at a house in which Jan was the
realtor. We liked her manner, and we decided we would
stick with Jan Parsons. She is always courteous, even
laughed at a few of my jokes. Having not purchased a
house in many, many years, we were clueless; but that
was okay as Jan watched out for us. Whirlwind viewings,
one after another (at our request, as we were limited on
time) with "no", "yes", "no", "maybe" as we whittled
down the list. When we finally found the "one", we
debated the offer, made just one, and it was accepted.
Then Jan handled everything, from inspections, surveys,
contacting whomever needed contacting and doing whatever
needed doing, and keeping us informed every step of the
way. Never pushy, always friendly, completely
professional. If a problem developed, she handled it. It
is really nice dealing with friendly, competent,
professional people you can depend upon. (The only fib
she MAY have told is about her age. I still believe she
